Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been provided by Rajasthan Aura Tours and any applicable advance payment has been received.
Depending on your selected journey, hotels, transportation and travel services, additional booking conditions may apply. These will always be communicated during the booking process before your reservation is finalised.
Pricing & Payments
Tour prices are based on the itinerary, accommodation category, transportation, travel season and the services requested by the guest. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid only for the period specified in your proposal.
To secure reservations, an advance payment may be required. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule confirmed during the booking process. Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly by Rajasthan Aura Tours.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation, confirmed reservations and any non-refundable charges imposed by hotels, transport providers or other travel partners.
Where applicable, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after all supplier charges have been reviewed and deducted in accordance with the confirmed booking terms.
Changes to Itineraries
Every journey is carefully planned to provide a seamless travel experience. However, itinerary adjustments may occasionally become necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, local events, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Whenever practical, Rajasthan Aura Tours will provide suitable alternatives of a comparable standard while making every effort to minimise any disruption to your travel experience.
Traveller Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, identification documents and any other documentation required for their journey. Travellers are also responsible for complying with local laws, customs and regulations throughout their trip.
Rajasthan Aura Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a traveller's behaviour places the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other guests, staff or service providers at risk.
Limitation of Liability
Rajasthan Aura Tours coordinates travel services through carefully selected hotels, transportation providers, guides and other tourism partners. While we strive to work only with trusted suppliers, their services remain subject to their own operating conditions and responsibilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rajasthan Aura Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, damage or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
Rajasthan Aura Tours shall not be considered in breach of these Terms & Conditions where performance of our obligations is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, civil disturbances, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events.
In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to assist guests by providing appropriate guidance, revised travel arrangements or available alternatives whenever possible.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content published on the Rajasthan Aura Tours website, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, itineraries, design elements and other materials, is the property of Rajasthan Aura Tours and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
